Fermeté, Justice et Bienveillance

J'avais tendance à mettre en premier la bienveillance. Un collaborateur me rappela l'importance de la justice. Et je lui ai dit : "bien sûr" et je l'ai ajouté à ma vision. Certains étaient inquiets que ma bienveillance m'empêche d'être ferme. Finalement ce ne fut pas le cas, et l'on m'en fit la remarque. Et j'en dis : "bien sûr que ma bienveillance n'était pas au détriment de la fermeté". Et donc je précisais "bienveillance mais fermeté". Récemment on me dit : "mais as-tu décidé, qu'est-ce qui passe devant, bienveillance ou fermeté ?" Mais ni l'un ni l'autre. Et donc maintenant j'assume :

L'égoïsme intelligent est très lié à la bienveillance. L'égoïste en général ne veut que son bien. Intelligent, il comprend que son bien passe par celui des autres.

I tend to put first the benevolence. A colleague reminded me the importance of justice. And I said "of course" and I added "justice" to my vision. Some were worried that my benevolence keeps me from being firm. Finally it was not the case, and some made me the remark. And I say "of course that my kindness was not at the expense of to be firm". So I stated "benevolent but firmly". Recently I was told: "but have you decided what passes first for you, benevolence or firmness" ? But neither one nor the other. So now my position is:

Firmness, Justice and Compassion

Intelligent selfishness is really linked to benevolence. The selfish usually wants only his own interest. Intelligent, he understands that his interests passe by the other.
